By using LaneHive, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service description

LaneHive is a YouTube content strategy tool that helps creators discover content ideas, analyze video performance, and plan their content. We use AI (Claude, Gemini) and YouTube's API to provide these features.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Free trial & billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro features. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the app. Subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.

Credits

AI-powered features consume credits. Pro subscribers receive 100 credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credit packs are available for purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create using LaneHive (ideas, scripts, calendar plans). We don't claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use LaneHive to generate spam, misleading content, or anything that violates YouTube's terms of service. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse API access.

Limitation of liability

LaneHive is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
